use water to flush out the eye and crusts. pad dry carefully with a non lint cloth [ie don't use paper towel or toilet paper, use something like a bed sheet]. if the eye crusts over again the next day, take the dragon to a vet. sand could still be in the eye and causing irrituation. sand in the eye, if it doesn't wash out itself, can scratch the eye and cause damage. alot of irritation can also lead to infections.
