I got a giant gecko about 6 or 7 weeks ago and it has a spot on it's neck that is growing. Is this normal? Here is the before picture, right after I got him. I'll post a picture of him today.

Those are the kind of spots that I think create paradox albinos, but I'm not sure, thats just what I heard. Many geckos have these spots, and its nothing but that, I don't even think its genitic. So don't worry about it, think of it as a normal thing. How big has your giant got? He looks pretty big. I have a Male albino Tremper Giant, but he's pretty skinny right now. He was about 80 grams prior to breeding at 8 months old and now hes about 75 after breeding at a year old. He is now on a break and eating a whole lot more so I think he will hit the 100 gram mark. Heres a picture of when he just got finished breeding and as you can see he is very gangly, but long. He's put on a bit of weight since then.

He is getting prerry big. In the last month he has grown 1-2 inches and gained almost 20 grams. He is now about 8 inches and coming up to 50 grams. His tail is also getting fat which is weird since I have heard some people say that their tails stay skinny until their full grown. I will post a picture of him when I figure out how to delete pictures from here. I am now at my limit!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but i had a bearded dragon that had that same thing only it wasn't a spot it was a stripe that sort of became a spot under his arm. Anyway i sold him and to a friend who had it checked out and he had a tumor. The kid actually paid 130 dollars to have it removed but it was probably worth it cuz that was the coolest beardy ever. Im sure its probably not that though because i have never heard of that happening to someone else.
