superdan Jan 30, 2004 08:40 PM

I just developed some sort of white mold in my newly set up vivarium. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Well, i found my own solution. diluted white vinegar sprayed on the mold seems to do the trick. if anyone has questions about it, feel free to ask!

Vinegar can also kill all manner of live plants, so I wouldn't recommend using it. Try installing a small computer fan for better air circulation, and also just wait. Mold only goes on dead stuff, so once it's taken care of the dead stuff, it should go away.
