Good Afternoon
My bullfrog, that I have had for a year, just died. It was an American bullfrog, and 6 inches in length.
I had a roomy aquarium for it, a heater and an air filter. I also put in warm water in the evenings.
I noticed a couple of weeks ago, that it was not eating crickets as usual, and I asked at the pet shop and they said that it was winter and they had noticed a decrease in the eating habits of other similar animals. Also I phoned a vet who specialized in frogs and other amphibians/reptiles and was informed that I should feed him meal worms, which I have been doing that last few weeks. I also put in lettuce into his aquarium in case he was not eating. I should have taken him in to the vet, but no one seemed to be overly concerned.

I started changing colour in the last weeks from a beautiful green to a more dull grey colour and today he is almost white.

Please advise.
