I have been trying to do my homework lately on how to import a dozen or so hatchlings. I read the article here but I have been getting mixed information after that; some people say it has changed dramatically. So I guess this is my question:
How would I go about importing a dozen non-CITES turtles for my personal collection? Which, if any, permits will I need and where should I get them? I will be driving across the border.
