Spots below the mouth

Hi my BP has 2 brown spotsrightbelow the mouth they are worryung me I might post pics later but any help would be appreciated they are on each sidebelow the mouth

the scales just below the mouth are evenly sized
not the first ones (keystone shaped)
not the next set (normal scale shape)
but the next set of scales
they are brownish in color, and it is even to both scale areas
her entire area under her head (chin/jaw/throat areas) is white
so these stand out
it appears that the entire scale is changed there
orriginally I thought it was dirt, except she had newspaper as a substrate
might this be a marking?
or something normal?
