Any innovative ideas for brumation?

Hey guys,

I used to have no problem brumating all my colubrids in my basement when I was in high school, but now I'm in an apartment in New York with no access to such places.

I have no basement, no garage, nothing. What I do have is one of the nicest pairs of Cal kings I've ever seen, and I'd love to breed them. Does anyone have any innovative ideas for brumating snakes in an apartment setting?

I had a friend who used to brumate his eastern milksnakes in a refrigerator. Worked like a charm for him. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
