Problem with my Columbian Rainbow Boa

Hi I am hoping someone can help me. My rainbow boa had some babies the other day and they were all stillborn. All the babies were still attached to a large yolk sac and I had some unfertile ones come out. This is her first litter, have I done something wrong or does this happen with first litters and suggestions would be great as this is the first snake I have bred
