Greens For Bearded Dragons

Insaniac Jun 15, 2004 02:48 PM

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone could help with what greens to give my baby beardy, he 4-5 weeks old, he is on crickets (suitable for his size) and today i gave him some scallion leaf, he ate two parts, just wondering are there any other common household vegatables that i can give him>? tomatoes or any fruit and not what to give him??

Thanks for the help,

as many people have said dont use iceberg lettuce as this has no nutritional value to beardies, but care guides are widely available for babies e,g here -> http://mysite.verizon.net/res6ndut/index.html its a guide site with plenty of info im not advertising im just pointing you in the right direction, but dont take one persons guide as your only direction review alot of guides and research the general idea of what people use then decide for yourself.
