Is this a stuck shed?

Ed Mack May 16, 2005 12:55 AM

Hi,

I recently noticed something odd on my leo's back toe. I think it's a stuck shd, and have been soaking her in lukewarm water, and gently rubbing it with a cotton bud, but it just wont come off

So, does this photo indeed show a stuck shed? And has anyone got a good tip for getting them off? I'd really hate for her to lose a toe .

Thanks!

hi there

This is my first post on here!
Iv seen this lots with gex, i have always found it dead easy to get rid off, as daft as it sounds, all ihave done with mine is dampen it with saliva (beleive it or not) it seems to be more lubricating than water, just a little bit on the end of my finger, rubbed onto the dry skin, and then i just delicatly pull off the dry skin with a pair of tweezers, it usually comes off like a sock in one piece.
It really is as easy as that!!
And it must feel so much better for the leo!!
