This morning, I fed my 1 year old Mediterranean tortoise (he was sold to me as a Hermanns Tortoise, but as he grows it is very clear that he is not... my guess is Marginated) his usual meal of a variety of greens and everything seemed normal. About an hour later I came back to feed him some squash and as I was feeding him some pink colored liquid came out of his nose. It was very watery, but definitely had a strong pink color to it. He barely noticed and kept eagerly eating his squash. Anyone have any ideas as to what this may be?
