Sounds like metabolic bone disease. I suggest that you put her in her own enclosure and give her alot of calcium with D3. I would'nt let her breed till you think that she's 100% healthy again.
I don't know much about MBD, you may have to go to a herp vet to get it fixed. Maybe someone else will post some more on it.

As mentioned earlier, this may be MBD (a deficiency in calcium). Don't try to over correct this though by offering too much calcium.
The best suggestion would be to start the animal on a diet of GGD (gargoyle gecko diet). It is offered through T-Rex and Repashy. This is a completely balanced diet that includes the RIGHT amount of calcium for your gecko. It's super easy to use too. (Jeez, now I sound like a comercial

Let us know how it goes.

Ok, I went to the pet store and they are odering me some gargoyle gecko diet. I hope this will make her healthy again.
Do you know if it will correct her bulging jaw bone? or is that permenant damage from the desise? Also. She is walking with her right front leg crippling under. I think it way be brokin or she just carries herself that way? I attacted a photo for you guys to see what I'm talking about. Apparently she has been like this for awhile and shes only a year and a half old. I'm so glad I took them off my friends hands before he ended up killing her with poor nutrition. (he didnt think anything was wrong with her) da.. I own several crested geckos and a few african fat tails and I could tell right away that something just wasnt right with this one. After doing some more research I do belive its MBD that she is suffering from. Thank you for the advise and if there is anything else I can do to help this little girl, please let me know.

Yeah, unfortunately that looks a lot like the gargoyle a friend cared for with MBD (a herp rescue). I would highly suggest a vet trip, since she looks like she's got enough weight on her they could give her an injection of absorbable calcium to help jump start the process. It wouldn't hurt to just get her checked out anyways just in case there is something else too.

Is she able to eat ok? Really, CGD is fine in the meantime, no need to order that should be at any chain store. Or babyfood with leopard gecko cricket dust mixed in is good too. Everyday the little one is like this greatly reduces its life expectancy, you really need to be pushing some calcium. I'm sorry, it looks like it is far enough along that she'll probably not recover full jaw function (you can see her legs are off too). Good luck.
