I, for one, would definitely not mess with it!
I know it's suposed to be faily safe, especially for humans. (Active ingredient 2-butoxyethanol-6%) but it is a mild irritant. I don't think I'd dare use anything labeled as an "All purpose degreaser" in or near my snake enclosures.
But that's me. I'm paranoid, and especially so right now.
I am sure somebody else will have more information on this than me, but I just can't see that it'd be worth it.
Use it in your kitchen or to clean shelves, but not in the snake tubs. Bleach is cheap (especially if you're mixing it with water to get your cleaning solution) and effective - why mess with what works?

You can buy white vinegar fairly cheap by the gallon. It is safer and more environmentally responsible than bleach and it kills 88-99% of bacteria. If you let your tubs dry before returning your snakes to them, as you would have to do with bleach, the vinegar will not irritate them.
