If you will be gone just a few days they will be fine. I would
feed them well the day you leave.

I have too many pets & I can't just leave them alone.
I have found that one of the best places to find a good pet sitter is at your vet's office.
I don't know if it's like this everywhere but in the town I live in nearly every vet's office has employees who will pet sit on the side.
I like that because if something goes wrong with the pet(s) while you're away that sitter has a direct line to the vet & can get them in to see the immediately, no matter if the hospital is open or closed.

You can buy small 'feeder' fish at the pet store. Mine love 'rosy reds'. They're inexpensive and the turtles love them. 6 fish could last several days if your turtles have been fed just before you leave town.
