Try leaving her in one size cage for a couple of months. If you've only had her 3 months switching the cages around on her probably just added to her stress.
Don't handle her at all, and don't offer any food for about two weeks (I know, it feels like forever), and then try offering her a small rat. After laying her clutch my female wants to eat like a pig, so maybe your female either didn't lay eggs or is just seriously stressed.
If you're really worried, take her to a vet before you try and forcefeed her. There might be something else wrong.
Anyone with more experience please chime in, I can't imagine it's normal in any way for a female to continue refusing food after she lays eggs.
