And here's my male leucistic rat. He has changed color at all (hehe), but he's growing so nicely, and only bit me twice!

There is something very beautiful about the clean pure white that makes these special. Keep handling them between feedings while young and they'll be pretty good. Mine are pretty nasty beaches (I think that's appropriate because they are females- with attitude) One will charge with mouth wide open. I keep them in these two-story Sterilite cages, and if she's in the bottom when I open the top, I have to shove some newspaper in the access hole or she will come up like a mamba or something. I love it, though. They keep me on my toes. Definitely not boring...
