i bought a ball python and when you feel down by the vent it is like a big hard lump when you put pressure i dont feel it on any of my other snakes is that a broken back from popping it if not what is it and will it stop it from breeding when it is older thanks

that's what i was thinking too.. give it some time and if it does not change after the next "poop" maybe take it to a vet..

i was thinking it was poop but i just want to know for sure i just usually dont feel there so i wasnt sure

(If he doesn't have one already,)make sure he has a nice size water bowl.One large enough for him to coil up in.This may help hydrate him enough to pass it(If in fact it is a blockage,and not something else.) good luck!
