i'm thinking of differnet ways to make a suitable enclosure for my gator when he gets bigger. i live in the northeast so outside is not an option. one of the questions i have is about liners.
i know that a lot of people use epdm "rubber" liners for making pond liners. i've also heard that the material used for ponds is not that used in roof applications. does anyone know anything about the differences?
also i was wondering if anyone had attempted to use a heat weldable pvc roofing membrane to construct a waterproof liner, i have thoughts that it could work, but i'm just not sure about the outer uv protection layer being that it would be continually submerged.
any ideas?
