were can i find baby monkey taile skinks

I am looking to find a healthy monkey tailed skink. Preferably a baby. I am unable to find one locally so i guess I will have to order one. Im located in N.E. PA. Could someone also tell me what the average cost is. I bought one five years ago for 150.00 but I'm sure I wont be so lucky this time.
