Normals are underrated! It helps that I have 2 here and 4 on the way all normals, but there all beautiful! The total (for now, the October Chicago show may take the numbers up a bit!) is 2.4 as of Tuesday morning! I am so excited. I am also looking into other herps, but I am concentrating on BPs for now. When I hatch my first clutch, I might get into leos or something. But BPs will ALWAYS be my favorites and my main project. Good luck with those beautiful babies!

Hey Krystal, I know what you mean...I have a rosy and a pair of BRB that I love, but the BPs have a special place in my heart. With 12 bps and 5 het for pieds on the way, I'm really looking forward to this breeding season.

1.4, but they are really my wifes. It was her idea to start breeding. The male will be able to breed this season, but the females will have to wait till the next.

All my BPs are normals, but I think they are some of the coolest snakes I've seen. I agree with what you have said, normals are highly under-rated. They may not bring in the $, but I don't keep them for that, they give me a peace and help me relax. My therapist says that's a good thing. Just kidding, my therapist never said that.

My project is the breeding of BRBs. I just want to see it happen and keep a baby or two, then sell the rest. I love the BRBs, but they aren't as calm as the pythons. Especially when they get into their feeding response.
