2 - 15wtt. Flourescents for a 29 Gal?

If I have a 29 Gallon tank setup with live moss, a few bromeliads and a RETF, Would 2 15-watt Flourescent lamps be sufficient lighting for the vivarium or would it require a power compact fixture?
