Has anyone else been surprised by a gecko completely changing colors after its very first shed?
I've only had my gecko for one week and after her first shed she looks like a completely new gecko!
I've always thought she had really nice colors but this shed has highlighted them more than ever!

I'd love to see pics of your geckos before and after shedding! Its interesting to see the extreme difference.
they do change a LOT, especially in the first few months.
Looks like a nice little leo, for sure! Definitely NOT an albino, but perhaps a hi-yellow or a hypo. Only time will tell!

Looking at those pictures, it looks like s/he was going into shed when you got him/her and thus changed a lot. You'll see him/her get pale like that about a day or two before shedding every time s/he does it.
