Question needs Pro input

Ive been hesitating to put her into hibernation. She seems to lack a good appetite for any insects. Only perfering calicum dusted crickets over plain ones when she does eat. It got to the point of her not eating 2-3 days in a row and me noticing weight lose after about 2 weeks. I started hand feeding her. She gets 3-4 hand feed crickets each day. If I try to have her hunt them herself in the cage so ignores them 95% of the time. Only if its dusted 'white' will see even look at it.

I have to say she does not look as thin as you said in email Aaron, but I can see what your saying as far as her back legs looking a bit thin. I know last year when I sent Kaniya she was a chow hound like I said and loved eating, so much so she was a little grabby with others.

I still have to say since you were having problems with the male (Darwin) not eating well last year that it may be a good idea to worm them since shes now acting that way (slow to eat)

How is she otherwise, as far as activity, basking, drinking? Are her temps up?

Shes still a cutie, sure hope things improve. I do not think she too thin to brumate, BUT... on th eother hand don't think I would feel comfortable brumating if I knew I had to handfeed sometimes to get her to eat.

Let me know how it goes, like I said always here and willing to help even if you need to send her back for awhile /whatever.

lets see what others think as far as her lack of interest eating.

Everything else is ok concerning health and behavoir from what I can see. Basking shot at hottest point is at about 110-115f, active everyday commming out to bask and explore/or try to escape from the glass. Fresh water bowl. I never seen her drink from bowl but I do offer her water dropper. Sometimes she'll drink from the eyedropper other times she shakes head meaning 'No water' hehe.

Besides all the other crazyness, I must say when she gets hot she turns sooo blue, its like angle shifting too. From eye level she's just amazing bright blue and from a above angle you can see more yellows in her limbs.

Is panacur something I need to see a vet or can I buy it and do it myself?

I can only find panacur with dog dosages. Nothing for small animals.
