My veiled is turning white and is about to shed. Just wondering if there is anything additional that I need to do, to ensure it goes well? Thanks

if you are sure it is about to shed,i recommend using a humidifier to make sure the humidity in the cage is just perfect for your lil guy..humidity isn't very important at all times, but when it comes to shedding,it is..if humidity is too low their skin will stick to them and not come off, which could lead to retained skin, which could then result in having body parts removed cause their skin would then act as a turnique(spelling) and not allow blood flow..soo just make sure the humidity is just perfect for your cham..i have a panther soo i don't know what humidity level you should be using for yours..and also when he does shed,i suggest to try to leave him alone and not try to take him out or anything..it can be cool to watch them shed, soo if you want,JUST WATCH..if you don't know what the humidity should be,just write back and i'll find out for ya..hope this helped..if you don't have a humidifier just mist the cage real good..have fun watchin your lil man shed!!!
Keep humidty/hudration high.
