I assume some sort of ctenosaura looking at the tail and body. But which sort I do not know.
-----
1.1.0 Ctenosaura melanosterna
I say it is a Ctenosaura hemilopha conspicuosa

Ctenosaurus Hemilopha Conspicuosa also known as the San Estaban Iguana. It is indigineous to San Estaban Island:a tiny remote island in the Sea of Cortez between Baja and mainland Mexico.
