It's a lousy picture, so here is a hint:Captive bred juvenile from an island off mexico.

It's a green tree monitor.

that's definately not a monitor. It doesn't have the same type of body as monitors have.

I assume some sort of ctenosaura looking at the tail and body. But which sort I do not know.

Manny is right on the money:
Ctenosaurus Hemilopha Conspicuosa also known as the San Estaban Iguana. It is indigineous to San Estaban Island:a tiny remote island in the Sea of Cortez between Baja and mainland Mexico.
