Pair from 2006.......

MichelleRogers Jan 17, 2007 12:00 AM

This pair is one that I have went up and down on keeping. I am a little partial to the thin bands. The first pic is of the female and the second is the male. He has a nicer head pattern.
thanks for looking,

I'm with Adam, and as far as the pinstriped versions go they don't get any better than that female. Exceptionally nice young pair and it's easy to understand your indecision, I don't think I could let that female go. Thanks for sharing Michelle!

I am still undecided on what to do. my adult supervision tells me I have to many then I tell my self there is never to many. Then good friends like you and Ken agree with me so that would make it what............ 3 against 1 so i may as well keep them don't ya think?.....lol.....
thank you for the compliment,

Hi Michelle

Very nice! Black is so reduced that it looks like dashes of black than an actual black band. I wouldn't hesitate to keep it also if one pops out like that. Keep in touch.

They are very reducded black and the colors are staying pretty clean. I just knew it would be easy to sell them, but it is getting harder. I ended up with 4 thin bands from the clutch. I will have to get pic's of the other pair.
take care and keep in touch.

Yep that's the one. If she hadn't gone to Brad Alexander the parting would have been a bit tougher!

well atleast you had a good feeling letting it go.

you almost kept in 05. I will get you some new pic's the first sunny day. He is now a odd buckskin instead of yellow. Very unusal looking. Little #8 is now a yellow green weird color.
I will get you some pics.

I guess one of the good/bad things about Thayeri is that they change as they age. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, and sometimes just different. I would love to see pics when you can; it’s cool to see how they develop. Of course if you line breed/inbreed for specific traits you can reduce the variability, but what the heck fun is that?

I like the head pattern on the female better though but the bright color of the male. Isn’t it cool that there is a something for everyone with Thayeri?

Yes there is something for everyone in thayeri that is the bad part. there is also something different in every thayeri that makes you want to keep them all.
My husband tells me, I need group therapy. they are the most addicting habit I have ever had. These are far more addicting than anything out there.
take care,

OK Michelle- which one do you want for that pair? The left arm, or the right? You'll have me looking like the drummer for Def Lepard before it's all over. lol.

MichelleRogers Jan 18, 2007 01:41 PM

I love Def Leopard! I drive the kids nuts with them...lol.
Well hum!!!!!!!!!!! How about the green male...lol.. I know you will never part with him. I also love the one in your hand I still wish I would have grabbed him from Tim.
