Good Luck.. If you have to feed live, And she does not eat right away put a little food in there for the mouse so it doesnt eat your snake..

Just a piece of advice....
you should not leave live prey in for more than 12-15 min. It should be quite clear within the first few minutes if you snake will eat. If he does not eat this time around...wait three days and try again.

Thanx a lot to all of you guys and girls, for giving me so many advices..Means a lot while you're still learner..Question is what should I do with mices meanwhile, till the next try of feeding?
Get something it can live in temp. Make sure it can not chew its way out. Feed it make sure it has water. I use sterlite boxes with locks from the dollar store 3.00 drilled holes in the sides for air and i drill a hole just large enough for a water bottle and hang it on the outside of the box, so they can not chew the bottle. I owuldnt go crazy just something to contain it and keep it alive.

Ive had good luck with hoppers or small adults with my ball pythons make sure you feed it something that moves, a rat pink usally dosent get them excited enough to eat but a hopper mouse does you can leave the mouse in there for longer then 15 minutes as long as your willing to watch it. Sometimes with new ball pythons it takes them a little while before they strike. I feed all of mine in paper grocery bags it seems to help with getting them transfered to rats because they associate the bag with food. As for temperary housing for the mouse, kritter keeper or anything it cannot chew through.
