I just found her dead. She was my prize snake.
I think she was pregnant. I fed her an xlarge rat 4 days
ago and she threw it up 2 days later. Lately she has
looked a little big in the back. I hadn't fed her
for a couple of months because I took someones advice
about not feeding her when she was pregnant.
I dont know what has killed her, I'm hoping someone
can help me figure this out. Is it possible she
could have live babies inside?

I had a boa that regurged and died and the necropsy report was fluid in the lungs. So I expect thats what happened to yours. Mine was also an albino, back when they were over 4k each
