No substrate incubation method

I've searched the forum...apparently not too well. I can't find the link.

Does anyone have a link to the post that showed the container setup for the no substrate method? I found the post of the incubator setup with the metal water pans and the tubs above it. I am looking for the setup that can be used in a regular incubator.
