eye troubles...

GrYmLyN Aug 10, 2003 01:40 AM

my baby veiled seems to be having eye troubles, during the day she seems to get small bags in front of her eyes from time to time, i have tested the temp of her basking spot, it is around 94-95 degrees during the day when on, and the humidity usually stays around 55-60% during the day, and increases to anywhere from 65-80% at night. she seems in perfect health, moving around fine and hunting very well. i try to mist 3 times a day, once in the morning, then when i come home for my lunch break from work, then at night right before her lights cut off(set on a timer).
was curious if anyone had any advice as to what this could be, if anything wrong... btw, the bags only show up from time to time, they arent a constant thing... possibly just geting her eyes iritated somehow?

First of all, you need have a constant humidity of 60-80% all day. How many times do you dust your crickets a week? What is the current temp?
