He should be fine. They eat them that way on sometimes. I've never had a ball bring one back up after eating backwards, but I have had a boa do it occassionally.

you'll lhave that from time to time...as he matures and realizes it's a whole lot easier to eat them head first.....no worries though

It happens ocasionally. He'll be fine. Is that a wild mouse? If it is then thats not O.K. Wild mice carry parasites and disease that could possible harm your snake. Not accusing you, It just looks like a wild mouse.
Nope came straight from the petshop that came from their breeder. its just not that fat for some reason.
