Wow!!,........you don't see one like that every day!!(LOL). that would make her basically, a "paradox" anerythristic snake!! Similar to some "amels" that have melanin patches on them!!. Guess nobody told "Mother Nature" that that's not supposed to happen!!(LOL),.thanks for sharing Joe,...........Doug

Cool looking snakes, I hope both are genetic. A paradox anery snow would be super cool as would a calico. Since we are posting pics of odd balls here is a pic of a hypo that I like to say has a touch of extreme. Literally a small spot of extreme looking scales........

Yes, I remember the snake but I don't remember the extreme spot?did you see it right off the bat or as it grew?

I noticed it after its first shed with me, but it could've been there before that. I did not bother them that much until after they ate and shed a few times. I has'nt gotten any bigger though.

What's up Joe? I have never heard of or seen that before. That is definatly strange and very interesting. Randy

Hey guys,

Thanks for your comments. It is going to be interesting to see how she looks in a few years. We are going to pair the parents again this year in the hope that we get more of these. Randy, keep us in mind for one of those vanishing hypos.

Thanks!

A few years back I had a snow corn that had a single bright red scale.

adamjeffery Jan 20, 2007 11:10 PM

i have some pics of a blood red corn that is not diffused on half its body. at least we suspect that its the blood red gene not correctly working with the othet genes. its almost like a reverse pied its got diffused red over an anery background. ill ask my buddy if he minds me posting his snake. he just got it from a group deal and i believe the picture was posted from the previous owner. not sure

He sent me pics of all the ones he bought from the guy including that "wicked" looking "blood-red" with all the red missing, pink "ghost",lavenders, and so on.
