How do you determine how much food to buy? Say you have a total of 50 breeder rats and want to purchase at least one month worth of food. How much would you buy? How many pounds would a single rat go through in a month?

Assuming you have some kind of hopper so there isn't a large amount of waste, I believe it averages out to about 1 lb of lab block per rat per month.
