colder room because the windows are not energy effecient that will happen in spring but have to make it thru winter she ate for the first time in 2 1/2 months and she is having a hard time shedding
You need to move her to a warmer place. She will end up with a URI,
How cold is it? I personally do not use lights they dry everything out to much. If she is having trouble with sheds soak her in warm water for 20 min I would then make sure she is dry befor you put her back. I would mist when she is in shed, to help for the next time. Remove the light and cover the lid 80 percent.

How big of a tank do you have?
I have large tanks... had one larger than the currant one
take the lid and cover 3/4 of the top with duct tape (on the Outside).
Use 2-3 layers of foil and cover the Inside of lid, making sure your BP can not climb up or get into it some how.
Either move the tank to a warmer room, or make sure you seal the windows with that shrink wrap plastic (think I got mine for $7 or $8 at Wal-Mart)and or put a space heater in Tha room to heat it... glass will hold the temp of the room it is in...
btw what are your temps/humidity and how are you reading them (and where in the tank do you have a thermometer)?
Should have a digital thermmometer/hydrometer (can get at Wal-Mart for less than $15) dial gages are crap... they break down and get stuck more often than changing a battery! plus, you need heat readings from under the inside of the hide on the warm side of the enclosure!
