He shed a couple days ago, and is Mr. Active again, so I took about 40 shots- this is the ONLY 1 of 2 shots that came out half-way decent... these guys are ALWAYS on the move!

Though it goes without saying, he's gorgeous. I love those eyes!

No truer words have ever been spoken! I was trying to double check my new snakes' sexes, and since my partner is a bit nervous about handling the larger snakes, I was mainly on my own. It was quite fun trying to dance with a 10' olive python that has intentions on exploring while trying to stick a metal stick up its rear. Of course none of them ever became defensive, which is more than I can say about most snakes during such an activity! And I can't even put in words how interesting it is to have a correctly proportioned (i.e., not monstrously fat) 10' olive completely stretch out in front of you. It seems like they never end. Oh, and the male thought my open shirt sleeve made a nice retreat, so in he went! That was fun too. God I love these snakes!

Dancing with a 10' Olive is interesting.....feeding time is even harder to control. I have to give the nod, however, to my 12' female Papuan Olive...at 36lbs, who's huffing the whole time I'm trying to get her out of the cage while she's wrapped her tail around anything she can....and always wants to go UP.

Oh, how I wish I had more rooooooom!
If I had infinite room(I think I could talk my wife into pretty much anything I want at this point!), I'd get a pair of the Papuan Olives, a pair of Barnecks, a pair of Eastern Indigo's, a pair of Savu's, a pair of Yasser's smokin IJ's, and more OLIVES!!!

I co-own 4 Barnecks....one is an 11' male. I'll handle the Papuan before the Scrub

That's what I've heard... I've heard them coined as 'Heat-seeking missles', as in when they strike, they RARELY miss!!!
Can you post some pics?
