The bluest locale type chondro I've ever seen is a male supposed to be from the Cyclops region. He rivals the best of any captive breeding program.
In general Sorongs and Jayapuras naturally show the most amount of blue. Many Arus/Sorongs/Jaya females will turn blue with hormonal change during breeding.
The most radical blues are "designer" lines from several generations of captive selection. These are among the most expensive designer "morphs".
