kinda off topic..can afts have cypress mulch for substrate????

i have like 20 lbs left over from my baby tegus cages and i wanted to no if its a sutable substrate for afs..she is over 6 months and 6 inches

Yes. Definitely. It works much better than anything else out there for them. AFT's like much more humidity than Leopard geckos and the mulch holds humidity. Since placing mine on Mulch I have had no problems what so ever. I have my breeding colony and a hold back from last year on it.

As a matter of fact, I have all my higher humidity animals on mulch. Since doing this, I have had no shedding problems what so ever.
