HELP!!!

The baby iguana i rescued just took a turn for the worst. Yesterday hewas energetic, and runningt around, now hecant evne lift his head. Ive been trying to get him to eat but he jut picks atthe food, i put reptivite on his food. Ive been soaking him too to keep him hydrated and try to get off all the stuck shed he has. i dont know what too do.

i would take it too the most close reptile vet possible.. asap
