I have been using those brick soils (made of ground coconut) with coconut husk pieces as a top layer. It seems to be working great. The top layer helps prevent the gound stuff from drying out as fast and the animal as not gotten any of the ground up stuff inbetween the lips. I think because it can rub on the husk pieces. Anyone see any probs with this? The reason I use this is beacuse it is in a glass tank right now.
