I am curious at to how long new wild caught uros take to acclimate and start feeding/gaining weight. We set up our Saharan uro this Saturday. As mentioned in previous post, she is about 2/3 full adult size. Got the basking temps dead on yesterday (139 degrees F on top her basking rock)and she is coloring up nicely (suspect female due to coloration compared to known female pics). We offered her mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots, greenbeans) and some turnip greens. She doesn't appear that interested and ate sparingly on the greens. Any suggestions welcomed.
