Has the sugar trait been determined to be dominat or co-dominat? I have read and taken notes from the Designer Morph book but I have spoken with many breeders that say it is still unsure whether is is co-dom or dom. Thanks.

As far as we know no one has yet produced a clutch from sugar x sugar. Hopefully there will be some produced this year.
