Great Photos as always Ger. Thanks for sharing w/ all of us.

What's the background on that stunning 2nd Xmas animal? I love the way the red bleeds on the first Xmas shown. Really nice!

Is the second Davis animal pitured, the one you caught at Limpia last summer?

Not only am I not surprised you found a Hueco, but I'm also not surprised that it is somewhat arguably the best one found so far to date. That is one fine animal. You certainly do have an enviable tract record for finding good critters on such a regular basis.

Thanks again for taking the time to get these photos posted.

Dear Doug,

Thanks a lot for the comments.....the Hueco was found in early September 2005.....he is still not feeding 100%....but has not lost any weight since I found him. The rock used in all the images is some rock I picked up along the roadside south of Marathon.

Hope to see you out this coming summer.....take it easy, G

GM,

I was referring to the history of the snake in the photo, not the actual background of the photo. For a moment there, I had to ask myself, why is he telling me about the rocks in the photos? LOL

Ouch, my bad....sorry about that....that animal is from a captive born blairi phase (from the top Christmas animal found gravid by my son)....hope that helps....

Does he have a girlfriend yet?
I collected a female in '06 and may want to give her a shot...

Dear Lance,

I just noticed your post....thanks a lot for the offer....I have a female on breeding loan from Dave Long. I would like to see how things go with her and the male this year before trying someone else's animal. Maybe next year? 2008....I think there are a couple of males out there.....thanks for the offer, Gmerker
