What is a good period between feedings? I read all these ads that say slow fed not power fed. I am wondering what is everybody's definition of power feeding is. I feed every Sunday one food item to each snake. If they don’t eat then I wait till the following Sunday. I am only asking as I have a female that I got last year in march that was 250 /- and would eat a rat every feeding. She put on allot of weight to her, no pin heading or stretched out. She now is 1800 grams and about four foot /-.

Sounds like you've done well. I feed every 5 days for hatchlings and 7-10 days for juvies and adults - seems to work for my lot.
