suboc's questions

tex959 Aug 10, 2003 11:20 AM

I hear that trans-pecos rat snakes have a deeper probe depth than other american rat snakes. Can I get a scale count range for a m/f ? I would also like to know the best area in W. Texas to search for Blonds. I hear blonds can be found on the river road maybe N. of lajitas. In known blond areas can any one give a Blond/Normal ratio based on their experience. My suboc's seem to prefer f/t rat fuzzies over mice. Is this typical? Any info is greatly appeciated.

i don't know if this will help at all, but i've heard from multiple breeders that WC trans-pecos' do poorly in captivity.
