Steve_Harrison Jan 23, 2007 10:24 PM

Hey,

I'm considering raising some for my ball pythons, but was wondering if leopard geckos would eat african rat pinks?

thanks,

I'm not to familiar with the size of african rats. I've always thought standard rat pinks were a little to large, but the ocassional mouse pink is ok. About one or two a month is all.

I agree it all depends to how big the leo is and they are not to be fed a staple diet of pinks. They are to be feed mealies or crix or even silkworms are fine as a staple. Pinks are to be only fed when in dangerous weight or about to breed.
