I have seen pictures of albino alligators around online and at a few alligator farms, but I havent seen any CB ones for sale. Are people breeding for the albino trait anywhere?

To the best of my knowledge, nobody is breeding for the Albinism. The ones that come up for sale usually run between $10,000-$20,000.

We actually had the opertunity to get some albinos. We did pass on it because they didn't fit into anything we were doing. They will be avalible on the market. It is only a matter of time. Plus they are not all that great. They have bad eye sight and you can't keep them outside unless you have a heavily shaded property. Ronnie

correct no one has bred them yet, they all come from the Straberry farm in LA and go to St Augustine, I believe St Augustine has a contract to get all of them.

There is a adult or 2 in private hands that I have seen for sale, big bucks as I recall

We had the opportunity to receive 10 of them a while back, 4ft size and about 50/50 sex ratio, I forget the exact price but it was right around $120K or $140K plus contract restriction that would keep us from reselling aly of them for 5 years.
