Looks like an eastern mud turtle.
They are very common up there and they seem to like (especially females) wandering around on roads. Very neat little turtles!
I found one last week in the Apalachicola National Forest that I took a photo of.
The hatchlings can be beautiful depending on the diet of the female before laying.

Thats really cool, but you realise its not actually a "Lil Stinker"? Its a mud turtle.
