If only they could tripod like argus!
Better a little then none, though I never seen it, supposedly males have perfect tripod combat position.

This is a "cheet" shot, I have a mouse dangling out of view!
I have never seen actual tripoding with my Jobiensis either.
I have never had two adult males in the same enclosure, are you saying ritualistic combat happens with Peachthroats?
Thanks in advance!
Mike
Yes and they are good at it. I will try to photograph this with mine this year.
Mike I have an amazing photo of tripoding combat jobiensis taken by tourist in soronge, if I can find it will email you.

Thanks Brother!
I will be looking to photograph this behavior this year as well!
Send me that photo, sounds real cool.
Mike
Would you mind posting that on the forum? I would love to see that as well. One of my males jobiensis will tripod quite well for food. He will sometimes do it on occasions when he thinks I might have food. I think it is a product of his cage being built over a trough. He tripods to get above the rim of the trough to get a better look at what I am bringing him.

question, what kinda size can they reach? and does any 1 have any pics of 1 full grown?
Mine are 3'-3.5'
That is a male that is about 3.5'
