No.
There is no SAFE way to boost your iguana's already rapid growth "even faster".
Why would you want that?

There are ways to prematurely increase the size of an iguana, but it has to do with offering improper food items in the diet, that will cut-short the life-span of the animal.

Do keep in mind that growth rate greatly decreases after 2-3 years, yet iguanas (as well as other reptiles) never cease to grow 'til the day they die.

Keep it healhy, clean, with a proper diet, spacious enclosure, proper lighting, et., and your red iguana, if it's a male, will grow healthy and strong into the big godzilla you crave for.

There are no shortcuts with these guys, if anything, patience (and lots of it) is an important element in iguana husbandry.
Hope this helped.

It isn't safe to push them. Why would you want to. Enjoy
him while small and take the time to tame him right while he
is pretty well small enough to manage.

It's alright, you just came off as a person who wants to get his/her mini-godzilla asap.
They are indeed fascinating when fully grown, but as always, good things come to those who wait.
