If I'm not mistaken, Dasypeltis break the eggs after swallowing, eat the yolk, and regurge the shells. They don't digest them whole. i don't know what that is, but I think a herp vet is definitely your best option right now.
Good luck!

I agree with the poster earlier that Egg Eaters generally regurgitate the egg shell. Those look a little like tumors but I'm skeptical due to the amount of them. Check with a vet, beyond that maybe somebody on here can give you some better information.
peltis right now from people that work with them all the time on the "small terrestrial snakes" forum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those are its eggs stuck inside the snake. It needs a vet actually.
Dan
I agree with the assessment that it's gravid and should see a vet. The species is D. medici (maybe the most difficult of the Dasypeltis) - see posts on small terrestrial snakes for more on the species.
I've had mine take smaller eggs and keep the shells down - but just with relatively very small eggs. If an egg were big enough to see through the skin like that, the snake would not have swallowed the shells.
